Production

“I.S.D.” Ltd. has implemented a complex grain processing technology, because of which excellent and unique products are obtained – wheat protein concentrate, ethyl alcohol of agricultural origin and wheat bran.

Only non-GMO wheat grain grown in the Baltic region are used in the production process.

In the production process, the grain is cleared of chaff and other microflora, milled and sifted for wheat bran and mixture of flour and groats, which contains starch and proteins.

Mixture of flour and groats is processed into ethyl alcohol using ferments and alcohol yeast. Grain protein is separated from the fermented mass with a centrifuge and is then dried using unique technology in a carbon dioxide environment in low temperatures, therefore preserving the high value components – vitamins, fat and other – in the grain.

Ethyl alcohol is obtained using special patented technology; it is purified in a 7-column distillation plant until it reaches the taste and smell characteristic to the purest wheat spirit.

Specifically high grain quality requirements and verified grain suppliers give the opportunity to produce food quality bran, in accordance with national food quality schema.
