Produced from wheat grain grown in Latvia. Does not contain GMO. Production of bran does not involve food colouring. Bran is a valuable source of fibres, vitamins and minerals. Bran contains a large amount of soluble and insoluble fibres, which have a significant positive impact on the human organism.
Product can be used in the following ways:
- added to bread, pancakes, pastry dough
- in risen form together with kefir, buttermilk, yoghurt, cottage cheese, juices, water
